WHO WE ARE
Altamira Trade AG was founded in 2017
Directors and key team members have over 30 years of experience in large and medium firms.
For many years, the team has financed the expansion of mining operations, through a combination of structured finance, trade finance, off-take and marketing expertise, with an integral approach to risk management on-ferrous raw materials.
WHAT WE DO
Altamira’s core products are concentrates and ores containing lead, silver, copper, gold, tin, zinc, manganese, cobalt, nickel, germanium as well as aluminium metal.
Altamira also deals in industrial by-products, residues and wastes containing the aforementioned metals, as well as select bulk commodities.
Our local presence allows us to operate the “aggregator model” sourcing operations in countries such as Bolivia, Nigeria, Peru, Morocco, Ecuador, Colombia in collaboration with local, small and medium mining enterprises.
Altamira holds itself and its counterparts to the highest ESG (Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance) standards, complying with best practices in the industry, including LME and LBMA mine traceability initiatives.
